Please read below our policies. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Bambini Santi is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to custom or processing issues when shipping internationally and nationally.

Bambini Santi is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Bambini Santi is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Bambini Santi for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

Once your item is within transit, Bambini Santi has no control over the delivery, status or state of your item. All responsibility is held within the courier and shipping organization.
 

SHIPPING TIME POLICY

Bambini Santi aims to ship orders out within 2-5 business days. During sales, this can sometimes take up to 10 business days as most pieces are made by hand. Bambini Santi cannot guarantee a delivery date. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

Bambini Santi is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Bambini Santi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been processed at the facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address.  In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept preorders. We always try to get them shipped as fast as possible,  however there may be delays that our out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REPAIRS POLICY

Each and every piece is made to order & custom made for you, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

You are provided a care card upon your purchase, and faq's on how to maintain your product are listed on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for the purchase.   

We will offer a complimentary repair within the first 15 days of purchase provided that it meets our criteria and no suspected intentional damage has occurred. This includes: loose / loss of gemstone, loss of charm, photo damage, scratch on any charm. Any damages that occur past the 15 day of purchase, is subject to a repair fee with no exception. you will be asked to fill out a repair form, and a quote will be received for your repair.  

Prior to receiving your item, we will send you a photo of your completed purchase to prove that it is made per your request, and in pristine condition. All of our items go through a quality assurance test before they are handed to the customer. We are not responsible for any damages to the item once they are with the customer, and while they are in transit. 
 

How to care for your item

Your item is handcrafted with the best materials available in the market for an affordable rate. Your product may be made with either made with sterling silver, or gold overlay, plus an additional jewlery coating sealant. We care about the quality of our products as well as the social and environmental conditions in which your items are created in. 

To avoid damage

  • Do not expose your items to liquids, wipes, lotions, gels, humidity 

  • Do not self clean your items with any jewelry cleaner / solution

  • Do not manipulate the charms

  • Do not place photos in water

  • Do not pin your item in areas that have exposure to any of the elements listed above. 

  • Do not shake your item as charms can become tangled within in the pin, and be pulled off.

  • Do not place your pieces near children or pets as this is a choking risk.

PRICING POLICY

Our pricing reflects the quality of materials used and where they are imported from. Our prices are non-negotiable and are subject to increase to accomodate the cost of import taxes and fees, and inflation.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and paid for. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.

PROMOTION POLICY

All promotional codes are automatically applied to the subtotal of your order. Taxes and shipping costs are additional.

All free gifts with purchase are based on subtotal prices, excluding taxes and shipping costs.

Pin WARRANTY:

At Bambini Santi, we prioritize the quality of our products and guarantee that our pieces are shipped to you without defects or damages.

Since our pins are handmade with the best quality of materials, it is delicate and requires considerable care. Please keep the care instruction card included in your packaging and refer to our Policies on our website for more information on how to maintain your pin. This pin warranty is applicable 1 pin. Each pin will require a purchase of warranty to claim this warranty.

Pin Warranty

We provide a certificate for warranty noting the coverage for 6 months (counts from delivery or pick up date) warranty for our pins with exceptions (refer to conditions and exclusions below). This warranty includes coverage for a repair or replacement (case dependant) in the following areas:

​

  1. Clasp and Security Setting: We understand the importance of secure clasps and settings to prevent loss or damage to your jewelry. Our warranty covers any necessary repairs or replacements for faulty clasps or settings provided that the charms / photo charms are still available for re-attachment.

  2. Gemstone: With our comprehensive jewelry warranty, you can be reset assured that any gemstone on the pin or charm will be repaired or are replaced if it suffers any manufacturing defects.

  3. Photo preservation: If your custom pin features a sentimental custom photo, our warranty guarantees that it will be preserved and restored if it becomes faded due to natural causes. This is exclusive to liquid damage, broken glass domes, or missing photos.

  4. Complimentary pin polishing and inspection.

CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

Bambini Santi will provide warranty for all full priced pins purchased with warranty.

Warranty will not be covered for previous orders without warranty and will not be covered for other jewelry / keychain pieces. Warranty will not be renewed once claimed. This warranty excludes repair / replacement for:

  • Pin and charm normal wear and tear (such as scratches, peels, bending on the jewelry, discoloration / tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals, liquids, lotions, gels etc.)

  • Loss or disappearance of charms and photo charms

  • Breakage and lost pins due to rough use, such as pulling or tugging.

  • Missing of item if the item falls off where it is pinned.

  • Missing of item if lost in tracked transit.

  • Damage to custom photos as a result of liquid – gel – moisture – humidity exposure, cracked glass domes over photos, lost or missing photos. 

  • Pins purchased without warranty.

  • Other Bambini Santi jewelry / keychains and products.

 

CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY

Contact us via customorders@bambinisant.com with the following required information

  • Subject line: WARRANTY-lastname

Attach:

  • Original receipt/photo proof of your purchase

  • photo of your damaged item

  • photo of warranty letter

  • Receipt of warranty purchase

Indicate:

  • Order placement (Instagram / Text / Email / Website)

  • Canada post tracking number OR confirmed pick up date

  • Your order number

If warranty is approved, we will either ship you a replacement or offer repair services free of charge, depending on the damage. As part of the warranty program, the customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping label for shipment of the original item (if repair), and / or the label for the replacement. If the item is sold out or discontinued, a store credit will be issued instead. All items above must be included when submitting warranty claim.
