Please read below our policies. 

ORIGINALITY & DESIGN INTEGRITY

Every Bambini Santi piece is individually designed and hand-assembled. We take great pride in originality — all concepts, designs, and charm combinations are unique to our brand.

Our charms are ethically sourced and imported from select regions such as Italy and Greece, and several designs are crafted exclusively for Bambini Santi to ensure a distinct and timeless collection.

Please note: we do not recreate or replicate designs from other makers. All our creations are protected under our originality and intellectual property policies.

 

QUALITY & DURABILITY STANDARDS

Each piece undergoes our in-house quality assurance and testing protocol, including:

  • Visual inspection for finish, alignment, and detailing

  • Structural testing of welds, loops, and joins

  • “Shake and pull” test to confirm secure assembly before shipment

Our welding process ensures long-term durability and strength, but as with any delicate keepsake, pieces should be handled gently and never forced or pulled.

 

ORDER TIMELINES

Custom orders typically require 2-10 business days, depending on order volume. During sales or peak seasons, production may extend slightly. You’ll be notified once your order enters production and again once shipped. It is your responsibility to advise us of a due date of when you require your order to be delivered or picked up by. Rush orders required less than 7 business days are subject to a $30 rush fee.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Bambini Santi is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to custom or processing issues when shipping internationally and nationally.

Bambini Santi is not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Bambini Santi is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Bambini Santi for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

Once your item is within transit, Bambini Santi has no control over the delivery, status or state of your item. All responsibility is held within the courier and shipping organization.

We offer nationwide and international shipping, as well as local pick-up in Toronto and Bradford.

  • All parcels are shipped through trusted carriers with tracking options available.

  • Rush shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.

 

Bambini Santi is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Bambini Santi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been processed at the facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address.  In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Due to high demand on certain items, we will sometimes accept preorders. We always try to get them shipped as fast as possible,  however there may be delays that our out of our control. Pre-order dates are tentative.

 

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once an order has been confirmed.

 

REPAIRS POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our work. However, once a piece leaves our care, we are not responsible for damages caused by wear, handling, or storage.

  • Reattachments: starting at $10 per charm

  • Photo tray replacements or re-sealing: starting at $15

  • Pin replacement with reattachment and welding of charms starting at $25.00

  • Full rebuilds or rewelds: quoted based on extent of damage

 

Repair fees are applied fairly and consistently to all customers.

You are provided a care card upon your purchase that outlines the  faq's on how to maintain your product are listed on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for the purchase.   

Prior to receiving your item, we will send you a photo of your completed purchase to prove that it is made per your request, and in pristine condition. Your product will hold a quality tested tag.  All of our items go through a quality assurance test before they are handed to the customer. We are not responsible for any damages to the item once they are with the customer, and while they are in transit. 

As the original makers, we know our products best — our team can accurately identify when a repair issue has resulted from liquid exposure, handling, impact, or detachment, rather than a production flaw.

 

 

 

 

 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ITEM

Your item is handcrafted with the best materials available in the market for an affordable rate. Your product may be made with either made with sterling silver, or gold overlay, plus an additional jewlery coating sealant. We care about the quality of our products as well as the social and environmental conditions in which your items are created in. 

To avoid damage

  • Do not expose your items to liquids, wipes, lotions, gels, humidity 

  • Do not self clean your items with any jewelry cleaner / solution

  • Do not manipulate the charms

  • Do not place photos in water or on surfaces that are moist or wet.

  • Do not pin your item in areas that have exposure to any of the elements listed above. 

  • Do not shake your item as charms can become tangled within in the pin, and be pulled off.

  • Do not place your pieces near children or pets as this is a choking risk. 

To preserve your piece:

  • Store in the original box when not in use.

  • Do not tug, pull, or bend welded areas.

 

Our team has years of hands-on experience crafting and repairing our own designs. Because of this, we can easily recognize signs of damage caused by external factors such as liquid, pressure, or detachment, ensuring each assessment is handled with honesty and precision.

 

 PRICING POLICY

Our pricing reflects the quality of materials used and where they are imported from. Our prices are non-negotiable and are subject to increase to accommodate the cost of import taxes and fees, and inflation.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed and paid for in full or with a deposit. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.

PROMOTION POLICY

All promotional codes are automatically applied to the subtotal of your order. Taxes and shipping costs are additional.

All free gifts with purchase are based on subtotal prices, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
